I am very hands on working side by side with my clients and their employees. We start by organising the financial processes within the business working out whats making money and whats losing money. From there we work on strategies to increase profitability. Sometimes a firmer hand on day to day management is required so we set up simple management structures and build a repeatable monthly report on business performance that reassures the business owner they are making the right decisions.

I specialise in Self-leadership, Mindset Change, & building High-Performance working environments that reduce stress, overwhelm and stagnation. Building confidence, optimism and critical and creative thinking around stubborn problems.

I have experienced how much more we can all achieve when the right conditions are in place. I work with leaders to understand and embed those conditions and liberate their leadership to achieve better results whatever their circumstances. I had no clarity on what I could do, yet deep down, I knew I was capable of more. Coaching changed everything. It gave me the confidence to rewrite my story, step into my potential, and build a career filled with impact, fulfilment, and joy. Now, I help women do the same, unlocking self-belief, finding clarity, and taking bold action.

I bring unique life experience to my coaching practice. I grew up in Zambia, at the age of 9 I went to boarding school which taught me incredible resilience, and the ability to get on with people from all walks of life. I have invested in my own learning every year for the past fifteen years. However there is only one thing you need to know about me – I value integrity above all else, and I do my best to live with integrity every day.

Executive Functioning Skills – these have nothing to do with how talented a CEO is, and everything to do with how our brains function when it comes to preparation, planning and execution, setting goals, and collaborating with others to achieve them. E.g. communication, decision-making, time management, organisational skills. Emotional Intelligence and Emotional Regulation – both are key to great leadership.
