My 20-year career in the IT industry has been a journey of growth and adaptation. I have a deep understanding of Neurodiversity and the challenges it can bring in terms of confidence and inaccurate limited beliefs. As a neurodivergent person, I know first-hand how this has held me back in the past but I no longer allow it to limit my goals. I’ve learned to leverage my strengths and manage these differences effectively, refusing to let them define my limitations.
