Experience. My first business failed. Having left a senior corporate job (aka the ‘fur-lined mousetrap’) at age 35 it was a real blow to be faced with a €1m business failure by age 40. However, I reinvented (pivot is the post-Covid term) and two decades on have scaled an eight-figure € business employing 300+ people.

Experience of corporate, consultancy and not-for-profit sectors, over 10 years at Senior Leadership level.
