I specialise in a Mind-Body approach to developing strength mentally and physically. Anxiety, Stress, overwhelm, burnout and low energy are all too common in today’s world. I want to work with clients I believe I can help flip the script with.

My purpose is to create a more fulfilling life with clients and live a life of presence and balance. Having a healthy Mind and body connection is the fuel source to regain energy to put into what matters most!

My expertise lies in the coaching process and the application of character strengths. I see each client as the expert on their own life, and my role is to partner with them to explore different ways of thinking, evoke awareness, bring about fresh insights and move forward in a way that feels aligned with who they truly are.

I am an ACC coach with the International Coaching Federation. Alongside my coaching qualification, I am Ireland’s first (and currently only) VIA Certified Strengths-Based Workplace Consultant and have in-depth knowledge of how we can know, use and appreciate our character strengths in all aspects of life. I am also currently undertaking a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) Wellbeing and Health.

My coaching focuses on the areas of life that matter most — making solid decisions, communication, and building confidence. I help clients navigate conflict with more ease, reconnect with joy, and create a stronger sense of fulfilment in their daily lives. Coupled with my academic qualifications, I have lived a life that has been rich in experiences, many of which have added to my ability to empathise with other people.
